Japan Warehousing & Global Fulfillment

BETA

If you manufacture in Japan, importing everything to your home country just to re-ship it to customers is wasted money: two international legs, two customs events, import duty on your whole inventory at once. The alternative: keep your finished goods in Japan and ship each order directly from here. We arrange it end to end — in Japanese, so you don't have to.

1

Produce in Japan

Order your production run through our production service (or talk to us about goods you already have at a Japanese factory). The factory delivers domestically — the cheapest leg there is.

2

We arrange storage

Your goods are stored with a licensed Japanese logistics partner near the production region. Pay-as-you-go storage — no fixed warehouse contract, no Japanese-language paperwork on your side.

3

Ship worldwide, per order

Send us your order list (email or CSV during beta) and each order ships to your customer by Japan Post, DHL, or FedEx with export documents handled. Restocks are days away from the factory, not an ocean away.

Why ship from Japan?

  • One international leg instead of two. Factory → Japan warehouse → your customer. No bulk import into your home country, no re-export.
  • Duties follow each order, not your whole inventory. Many destinations have per-parcel de-minimis thresholds; your customers' orders are typically shipped DAP (duties, if any, on delivery).
  • The tax structure works in your favor. When goods are produced and sold through our resale (merchant-of-record) service, exports leave Japan under the consumption-tax export exemption — avoiding the 10% Japanese consumption tax that a foreign company usually cannot recover on factory invoices. (We confirm the treatment of each setup with our tax advisor.)
  • “Ships from Japan” is part of the product. For made-in-Japan goods, the postmark supports the story your brand is telling — a playbook proven by foreign brands from Tatcha to Miyabi.

Pricing & beta scope

  • Quote-based: partner storage and carrier costs at actual rates, plus a per-shipment handling fee and a monthly management fee. You see the full structure before committing.
  • Beta is manual and small by design — order lists by email/CSV, a limited number of brands. Store integrations come when the manual flow proves out.
  • Storage and transport are provided by licensed Japanese logistics partners; we arrange, manage, and handle the Japanese-language side. We are not ourselves a warehouse operator or carrier.
  • Best fit: production runs of roughly 100–1,000 units of compact, durable goods (knives, ceramics, textiles) sold D2C to AU / US / UK / EU / Asia.
